Registration details


The event is open to Faculty, trainees (graduate and undergraduate students, post-docs) and staff (research associates and technicians) across academia, government or industry sectors in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Please indicate your current position during registration. If you have any questions please contact contactpiin@gmail.com.


The conference registration fee for trainees and staffRegistration Fee for trainees and staff will cover conference fees, bus transportation from Winnipeg and all meals during the meeting and 2-night hotel stay a the ​Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel (Sept 28-30, 2025).


During trainee/postdoctoral fellow/technician/RA registration, registrants are asked to write a name of an fellow trainee/postdoctoral fellow/technician/RA that they would be comfortable sharing a room with. Organizers will do their best to plan accommodations accordingly. If room sharing is not an option for you, please contact us.


PIIN will cover the bus transportation, meals and conference fee for the attending principal investigator (PI). Organizer will…


Tickets

  • Trainee/PDF/Staff Ticket

    Registration Fee for trainees and staff covers bus transportation from Saskatoon or Winnipeg to Hecla resort, two nights' accommodation (Sept 28-30, 2025), meals and conference fee.

    • $250.00

    • Principal Investigator - READ

      This is not a free ticket. The PI is responsible for the payment of his/her accommodation ($295/night + applicable tax). PIIN will cover the bus transportation, meals and conference fee for the attending principal investigator (PI). Organizer will make accommodation-reservations on the PI's behalf, based on the information provided at registration.

    • Family Member (1) - $105.00

      This is not a free ticket. A payment of $105 can be made after registration deadline. Priority will be given to Principal Investigators depending on space available. If space permits, trainees/staff/PDF will be contacted on a first-come-first-served basis. This ticket is for an individual family member for the conference. Kids under the age of 5 do not require a ticket.
