Registration Fee ($270 / attendee)

The conference registration fee includes access to all scientific events, meals during the meeting, round trip bus transportation (from Winnipeg) and hotel parking (if required).

Registration as a trainee (Research associate, Postdoctoral fellows, MSc/PhD graduate and undergraduate students) also includes a 2-night stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel.

Trainees are asked to share a room with a fellow trainee and has an option indicate with whom they prefer to room share.

If room sharing is not an option for any reason, please register as a PI. There may be an additional charge for a private room.

If you have accompanying member(s), please include their name(s) and ages in the comment section.

Accompanying members will not pay for registration but will require a meal ticket that will cover all meals during the conference, as follows:

Adult meal ticket : $200 / person
Child (under 16) meal ticket: $100 / person
Child (under 5) meal ticket: free
In all cases, the organizers will do our best to accommodate requests.

Registration as a Principal Investigator does not include hotel stay. Please indicate whether you will need a hotel room and which room type you prefer in the registration form. Conference organizers will book the room, and PIs are asked to settle their own hotel bill at checkout.
